Master closet, double-pole sections:
The shelves over the hanging bars are extra deep so that they cover the clothes hung under them,
primarily to help keep away dust, but a side benefit is more storage shelf space. This is something most builders will not do unless you specify it. Also note that it is important to specify where you want double and single hanging poles and any shelves or cabinets to be built in.
