Sedum

Sedum was among the original landscape plantings at our house (1999) and a few other sedums have been tried, but none of them have amounted to much. Most have died.

Sedum is drought tolerant, but apparently prefers full sun. Our yard offers just the opposite - a sprinkler system but a lot of shade.

June 8, 2014: Got 12 Sedum Spurium 'Fulda Glow' which is a creeping sedum which gets to a 12" spread and 3"-4" tall. I am going to plant these at the side lot street bed where they will get more sun than they would in the yard. This is outside the sprinkler system, so they won't be taking space away from plants which need regular watering.

2016: It did not survive.
